But on my version of Chrome for Android there is no wrench /tool button to be found, and under settings, nothing like the possibility of setting a home page.

Every available piece of information is telling me to click the wrench. if not changed back in next update or choosebla by user i will change browser.

Please, please…I CAN'T EVEN FIND A "HOME PAGE ICON" to go back to, either. That icon was easily identifiable from that succinct description.
