It’s because of background services called “svhost.exe” which running on your PC that consumes lot of RAM.Windows svhost.exe:Svchost.exe is a process on your computer that hosts, or contains, other individual services Hardware diagnostics give you objective feedback to help you track down a problem.  That saves you time and money. You should not be afraid to disable the BITS service as it will not, in any way, affect the way your computer runs on an everyday basis. Given that it is the second Tuesday of the month I suspect Microsoft is pushing out some updates today. I have downloaded all the files listen above and followed every direction.
