We really need to come up with a fix. Going to try the Windows 8.1 driver I guess. Then, I disabled IE 9 completely from within Windows. We were able to create (in a DOS window) a new administrator account.

The resolution is to update to the DisplayLink 7.1 driver or uninstall KB2670838. So maybe its something to do with the driver on the server ?
