I get the DEP error when I am trying close a window.

when i go into DEP tab and click turn off, nothing comes up in the box for me t click on 'client' n i dont what t add.... I looked in the list to turn off dep for the program but I can't find anything associated with webmail or cox communications? How do I turn it off and still keep my computer safe? When you clear your browsers cache or your history is deleted the favicons may disappear, but there is a way to get them back.
