I found this out when I used earphones and switched the playback from my G35 to Realtek HD Audio. Goto the sounds icon in Control Panel make sure you have a sound device... I recently formatted my harddrive and reinstalled all my data.

Click on the button to remove the data that the Flash plugins has stored for websites that you have visited.Check if your sound device settings are correct: Start -> Settings -> Come on, I hate having no sound with flash only.
