Problem With Mouse And Ports


You can check the driver status in Device Manager. But I do have an external HDD with it's own power supply. The USB HDD is fine. the Disable Selective Suspend Feature worked for me. click site

I checked the device managers, checked and changed the USB portal, it didn't work at all. The problem happens at random times so I can't repeat it, but it happens often enough that I can't tolerate it anymore. Did that work for you?
