At the end of the installation it asks to restart the computer which I did, but during the boot, I pressed F10, pressed 1 for "boot from CD/DVD" with the XP Wow, Linux is the superman of operating systems; after replacing the partitions the OS still worked! The screen becomes black blank after Windows XP loads on my Dell laptop.
