The reason they have red X's on them is because both of the connections i have are disabled. Can you ping any sites? In Internet> Options/Connections/LAN settings, "Automatically detect settings" is> not checked. Another qiockie question.

I tried using the troubleshooter, and that didn't help me, because it kept mentioning ports to check in the device manager that weren't there.
