may just work for acers though , no sure about other makes of pc ? If you still can not login to windows there is a tool to figure out if ur hard drive is dieing or id dead. I rebooted it. & Then a black screen with the mouse cursor came on. When in the computer is running in the Safe mode, click Start, Control Panel, and select the Uninstall a program option.
